Julia Mark Brill
Julia Brill received her bachelor’s in communications from the USC Annenberg School of Communications and Journalism. She then went on to earn a certificate in interior design from the University of California, Los Angeles. She began her career at Schlesinger and Associates, where she was mentored by a master of interior design, inspiring her to pursue her own firm. In 1992, she began Ventana Design, a full-service residential interior design firm in Los Angeles. In 2004, she repositioned the company and rebranded it as Maison Chic, expanding it to include residential, commercial, and hospitality interior design services. In 2006, she opened a showroom at the Pacific Design Center and in 2008, she designed the Luxe Hotel on Rodeo Drive. Her work has been featured in the Baker, Knapp and Tubbs Design House and published in Spectacular Homes and Hollywood Life Magazine. She is married and has two sons.
Catherine Esposito-Preisz
Catherine’s passion for fashion and style prompted Catherine to open and operate her own fashion boutique, which became known as a forward fashion destination. Ultimately, Catherine’s passion for interior design is where her experiences with fashion and design come full circle. Today, Catherine revels in creating design solutions where color, texture, function and design are fused to meet the clients’ objectives and even exceed their expectations. Catherine is married and has three daughters.

Founded in 1994 on the principle of offering exceptional value in interior design services for businesses and private individuals — Maison Chic Interiors is a full service, Los Angeles based interior design firm. We specialize in residential interior and renovations in modern and classic design with a global influence.
Guided by our clients’ aspirations and needs, we craft visual stories which allow our clients to fully express who they are, and what holds meaning to them. Our design executions are individualized in sync with the individuals’ personalities and how they wish to live or work. Our job is to guide them on the journey and create settings which are both beautiful and functional.
Maison Chic Interiors is a unique collaboration between two style-driven women, Julia Mark Brill who earned her Communications degree at USC and her Master’s degree in Interior Design from UCLA, and Catherine Esposito-Preisz, a diamond broker and former fashion stylist.
